Who handles your information

What we collect

What you send us: contact details, company, part requirements, drawings and files. If you arrive from an ad, we also record the campaign details in the link (such as UTM values) with your enquiry, so we know which ad brought it. Your IP address is converted to a one-way code to limit spam, and we don't store the address itself. Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. If you message us on WhatsApp or through Facebook or Instagram forms, those services also handle that information under their own terms.

Why we use it

To review your enquiry, prepare and manage quotations and orders, reply to you and understand which advertising works. We don’t sell your details. Drawings are used only to assess and supply your requirement.

Optional analytics

Analytics and Meta advertising tools only load if you choose Accept. If you accept and send an enquiry, we also tell Meta that an enquiry happened, including a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, your IP address and browser details, so we can measure our ads. Choose No thanks and none of this runs, and the site still works. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Keeping and deleting

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order and to meet legal obligations. To access, correct or delete your information, email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, tell us first; you may also be able to complain to your local privacy regulator.
