General guidance only
Material, application and process content is general guidance. It isn’t a warranty of suitability, tolerance, compliance, price, availability or delivery for a particular part.
The quotation controls
The quotation names the seller and sets the scope: drawing revision, material, quantity, currency, validity, price, lead time, inspection, documents, payment, Incoterm and exclusions. Production starts only after the stated acceptance.
Drawings and revisions
You’re responsible for providing the correct approved revision and identifying critical requirements. A later change may need a revised price and delivery date.
Delivery and import
Risk transfer, freight, duty, tax, customs clearance and importer-of-record responsibility follow the Incoterm and quotation terms.
Payment and custom goods
Payment method, deposit, balance, cancellation and treatment of custom goods are stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
