- Handoff Pitch and transfer points on either side of the wheel
- Contact Product contact, edge condition and cleaning method

Questions buyers ask
Can you copy a worn wheel?
It can start the review, but wear hides the original profile. Send the container and pitch too, and we’ll confirm what the quote is based on.
Do you offer food-contact grades?
Tell us the requirement. We only state material grades and documents in the quotation once confirmed for your order.
Can I order one to test first?
Ask for prototype and repeat quantities together. Both can be priced in the quote.
How does delivery to Australia work?
The quote names the Incoterm and shipping cost and says who handles GST and import.
